She was willing to negotiate the purchase over email while I was on vacation. Great time saver! Will be back in the future! Highly recommend to friends and family. The finance staff was also excellent.
Chris was very helpful, quick and pleasant to work with. I had been to so many dealerships and on so many websites that I thought I'd never find a car that fit my needs and wants until I found the perfect car on Kelley Blue Book. I called Honda of Bellevue to check if it was still there and Chris assured me it was. I got there and test drove it and I couldn't leave the lot without it. This was THE best experience I have had with buying a car. I appreciated the professionalism and kindness from all the employees we encountered while we were there.
Overall good experience. my wife and I went to buy a new 2017 civic ex sedan. the salesman is friendly to us. i am satisfied with the purchase.

I'm in my 60s, and by this time I've purchased several vehicles. Both for personal use and for our businesses. This has been the most positive experience I've ever had purchasing a vehicle. Everyone is knowledgeable friendly and are not high pressure. The quality is both in their vehicles and in their staff. I would recommend Bellevue Honda who wants a great deal and great service.
Had an old Honda that finally reached the end of its life. Thought we would end up donating the car until Cheryl Krebs hooked us up with a buyer who she had remembered from a year prior who was looking for old Accords to fix up! Amazing that she remembered him and had his number, and also amazing that she set us up for no personal benefit. Will definitely be back to see her when we need our next Honda.
This Honda dealership is filled with great employees. I'm here for a week to help with some tech training. Since i've been here I've been very impressed with the kindness and knowledge of the entire staff. They really care and put the customer 1st. They do this by listening to there wants and needs then working together to make them happy.
I had some mileage issues with my 2015 CRV. I set up an appointment and met with Kam H.. He was pleasant and asked me some questions about the problems I was facing. He then told me some best practices and essentially asked me not to check in my car. I was surprised because he didn't take free money to do a diagnostic test on my car, instead gave me some good advice. I think this gave me confidence that these guys are not after my money but want to do what is best for customers.
I live in Olympia so driving up to Bellevue was not what I was thinking when buying a new car. When researching the car I wanted, Honda of Bellevue had exactly what I wanted at the price I wanted. When I emailed them about the car, they were very prompt with their response. They assigned Curtis Selz to assist me. He was so wonderful to work with. It was a very busy day when I went up there, but he and the others treated me as if I was their only customer. It was the best buying experience I ever had. It always takes a few hours to go through the process, but it was very comfortable there and they are very accommodating to their customers needs. I would definitely go back again and recommend others to buy from there. I'm sure all the sales people are great but Curtis was awesome. His personality and energy were such that you didn't care about how much time it took. Worth the drive to Honda if Bellevue.
I found Tom through the Bellevue website, and when I called, I was directed towards him. He was very responsive too all my texts, and answered all my questions. When my husband and I went in to the Bellevue store, he was very understanding, and helped us get the best deal possible for our new car, with a trade in. On the day we bought our car, we came in around 7pm, one hour before closing. We talked to Tom for a while about the price, saw the car, and agreed upon a price. The paperwork with the finance manager, Gil, took a while. We didn't end up leaving the dealership until 10:30pm, and Tom stayed there with us, even though the dealership closed at 8pm. He let us take a picture with a car bow, and offered to help us learn more about the ins and outs of the car. It was getting late for us, so we opted out, but will come back if we need anything answered. We'd recommend Tom to anyone interested in buying a Honda. When we looked at a car a couple years ago, we spoke to another guy, but he didn't really listen, and called me continuously twice a day, for a week. To me, he just wanted the sale, but Tom wasn't like that at all. He really listened to what we wanted, and didn't push the sale on us. We are very glad we found him!
I was very pleased with all aspects of my experience at Honda of Bellevue! I never felt pushed by my sales man, Howie. He was always polite, helpful and worked for me to get my payments low and the auto I needed. He went above and beyond when he helped me unload a large amount of things from my old car to the new one and took time to show me how things worked in the new CRV. I also found the young man who did all the paper work very detailed, positive and helpful. It is no wonder I stay with Honda when it continues to give such friendly service. I am very please with my car buying experience . ;-)
Hello Chris – My feedback on Honda of Bellevue Service is that it is fantastic. I find that Brian Smith (my Service Writer) and Rich (my Technician) always exceed my expectations for experience and quality. These guys are the best and put Honda of Bellevue’s best foot forward. I can’t thank them enough for the consistently great service experience I have each time I bring in my 2009 Honda Fit to Honda of Bellevue. If I was vehicle shopping, another Honda would be at the top of my list because of these guys – I am confident that my vehicle would be properly serviced over the years. Purchasing a car can be a stressful experience for a variety of reasons. CherylKrebs and Brooke(Miller went all out and made the decision to give my business to Honda of Bellevue and easy one. My 10 year old CRV's end was near, and they worked a very fair trade in--especially given the mechanical and physical wear on the vehicle. The two of them worked to mitigate sources of stress that comes with a significant purchase, ,and did not inject any of the pressure I have sometimes experienced at found at other dealers.
I purchased a Honda Fit, and love it and will bring it to HoB for service as I did with my CRV.
P.S. A shout out to Kathy in service who over the years has been nothing but patient with me and the CRV.
Britney was amazing! She was courteous and focused on our needs. We were traveling from a distance and had a limited amount of time to complete the transaction in person. Everything was quick, efficient and we were off in our new Honda Odyssey. I would happily travel the distance again for that type of customer service! 5 Stars all the way!
